  • Friendly staff would love to hear your lovely voice when you give us an old-fashioned call.

  • All sessions with the physiotherapist are 30 minutes long, with a wealth of knowledge you will be wondering where the time went. 

  • Hydrotherapy classes involve a range of physio approved exercises to assist in wellbeing and strengthening fitness. The pool is heated.

    Please enquire within if there is a class that suits your needs. 

  • Your doctor may decide that you would benefit from a referral to allied health for assistance in managing your pain and fitness to name a few. You can receive 5 individual services each calendar year. However, note that a number of services like podiatry that fall under the same category of provided services, as an example you may only receive 3 Physiotherapy and 2 Podiatry sessions under the chronic medical condition and complex needs scheme per calendar year. Referrals under a GPCCMP are valid for the timeframe stated in the referral. If there’s no timeframe stated, they’re valid for 18 months from the first service date provided under the referral.

  • We have a number of NDIS clients who the practice sees regularly. Enquire with the staff to see if your NDIS plan management team are a regular too. 

  • We work with a number of different Care Management Planners, drop in or give the staff a call to find out more.

NeckTek

NeckTek is an innovative exercise device created by Harden based physiotherapist Alex Sherborne.

Using a Pilates-inspired resistance band system, it strengthens the deep neck extensor muscles to improve posture, relieve neck and shoulder pain, reduce tension headaches, and counteract the effects of prolonged technology use.
